Our Team

Rebekah joined the Vision Source InSight Eyecare family in March 2013.

After spending more than 10 years at InSight Eyecare, she has a hard time choosing her favorite part of being the office manager. Rebekah enjoys seeing patients year after year, to talk about their family and their lives. She also enjoys the continuous learning that occurs– Rebekah expands her knowledge base of optometry more and more each year. One of Rebekah’s favorite parts of her role is training new team members and teaching them everything she has learned over the years.

Rebekah fell in love with the optometry field accidentally. When she began working at InSight Eyecare in 2013, she was in college studying to be a teacher. Once she started working in optometry, she knew she could never leave; rather, she switched her major to healthcare management, and remained in the field 10 years later! After completing dual enrollment during junior and senior years of high school, Rebekah received her bachelor’s degree in healthcare management in just two years, before receiving her master’s degree in healthcare administration.

In her free time, Rebekah fulfills her passion for travel! She often plans road trips in a self-converted camper van that she and her husband built. Rebekah also loves Universal Studios, in Orlando, Florida, where she has had an annual pass for the last 5 years. She loves to go camping, skiing, and taking several international trips per year. Rebekah loves to scuba dive, particularly in Cozumel, Mexico and has been on 50+ dives in the short 3 years that her and her husband have had their scuba diving certifications. She has been on 15 cruises and visited more places in the Caribbean than she can count. When asked about her favorite travel adventure thus far, she says hands down, that it was her 2023 trip to Hawaii!

Bonus fact about Rebekah is that she has a big family– 3 sisters (including a twin sister), 2 brothers, and 12 nieces and nephews (some to whom she’s been an aunt before her birth)!

Cici joined the Vision Source InSight Eyecare family in June 2019.

After more than 5 years at InSight Eyecare, Cici’s favorite part about her role remains the same– connecting with patients and putting all her effort towards ensuring each patient has a positive experience with our office. Each year brings new opportunities for Cici to interact with both, established patients and new patients.

Cici never expected that she would find a way into the world of optometry! During the summer of 2019, she thought her role as Front Desk Specialist and Optometric Technician would only be a temporary summer opportunity– between her graduation from Georgia Tech, where she received a B.S. in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration, and her next academic journey. Little did Cici know that she would still be employed with InSight Eyecare to this day, though her role in our office has transformed.

In her free time, Cici loves crafting, baking and cooking new recipes, thrifting, traveling to new restaurants, and most importantly, spending time with her family. During football season, you will always find Cici in a stadium, cheering on her favorite college and NFL teams! More times than not, she is happiest staying home, playing with her family’s pups, and binge-watching shows with her husband.

Bonus fact about Cici is that she is a certified physician assistant, and currently practices in emergency medicine and family practice.

Jennifer joined the Vision Source InSight Eyecare family in June 2023.

Despite her role at InSight Eyecare being her first in optometry, interacting with patients in the medical field is nothing new for Jennifer! She began working in a psychiatric office in downtown New York, before moving on to work as a dental assistant for the pediatric population, and finally as an EMT for a few years, before moving to Georgia from New York in November 2022. Jennifer’s favorite part about her current job is the patient interactions– she really enjoys the organic conversations she experiences with patients. Ever since she started working at InSight Eyecare, she has learned a lot about herself and others!

Jennifer received her education in upstate New York, where she attended University at Albany– State University of New York. She majored in biology and received a minor in journalism.

In her free time, Jennifer travels a lot! She also spends her time reading, hiking, and enjoying the occasional horseback riding trail. Jennifer is a spoken word poet– she participates in poetry slams and local open mics, and she even has viral videos of her work on social media! She is a proud dog mom of 3, 2 Frenchies and a Maltipom.

Bonus fact about Jennifer is that her first language was Spanish, and she did not learn English until she started school!

Jeremy joined the Vision Source InSight Eyecare family in July 2003.

With more than 25 years of experience as an optician, Jeremy brings great feedback and knowledge to each patient interaction. Everyone who knows Insight Eyecare knows Jeremy and his contribution to our company culture. As an optician at InSight Eyecare, he gets to have fun with his patients, while fusing functionality and fashion together!

In his free time, Jeremy enjoys going to the movies and taking road trips up to the mountains.

April joined the Vision Source InSight Eyecare family in May 2024.

2025 marks April’s 25th anniversary as an optician– here’s to another full year of greeting patients with her bubbly personality, and styling patients in the perfect frames! April’s favorite aspect about her role at InSight Eyecare is working with patients and guiding them towards the best pair of glasses, so each patient is able to see the world they love with confidence.

In her free time, April enjoys reading books, practicing her artistic craft, and turning simple activities into small adventures with her four kids. Bonus fact about April is that she is currently attending Spruill Art School for silver smithing, furthering her love and passion for art.
